How to Get a Lot of YouTube Subscribers

Sooner or later in life we must face an unavoidable truth that we will have to find a job, earn enough money for living, and, very often, it will be something repetitive, which will ultimately suck out our creative potential. The world which we dream of, where everyone is able to do what he or she likes for living, a world where an individual is free to pursuit his or her passions and not get bored, is still very hard to imagine. However, that is not completely true. If you are good at something or a fan of something, if you possess valuable insight in a certain topic and love sharing your knowledge there is a way to prolifically utilize your passion. It’s called YouTube of course, and it is a wonderful corner of the World Wide Web. With a significant amount of subscribers, you can actually make enough money to keep doing what you love, provided you are exceptionally good at it, and people will like your content.

What helps in acquiring subscribers?

To be perfectly honest, people blessed with good looks and a high level of devotion to looking good and fit, have a vast number of subscribers and are very successful, but that does not mean you are helpless if you do not fit into this category. People turn to YouTube to be amazed, impressed and to have a good laugh, not only to drool while watching how someone looks. In other words, if you are comedic, have a good sense of humour, if you can act in front of the camera or can generate interesting content, your chances of accumulating an online crowd, are very good. With skills in Photoshop and good graphic design, as well as meticulous video editing skills, you are one step closer to some small online fame. If you do not have the necessary skills, you can always find someone who does to help you out. As long as you are creative and your ideas can be realized you are very likely to succeed – a lot of people have so far.

What type of content you should focus on?

The truth is that you have immense freedom here but try to be consistent and stay loyal to your selected content. Try to make it as interesting as possible in order for people who are unfamiliar with it to grow to like it. To exemplify this, I will use the channel of Zefrank, since he has over a million subscribers, but all he does is present scientific facts in a very comic way, using only footage of animals. You can do the same thing, think about what you like, TV shows, sports games, reality TV, politics shows – anything. Edit the footage, express your thoughts in a creative way, do voice overs – you do not have to appear in your videos. Also, make sure that the jokes are related to the topic you have chosen.

It would also be good that the topic is relatively new, recently aired on TV. To acquire such content, you can always film your show or games via DVR. With DVR you can even have the video immediately if something funny or unexpected happens during the show, and with HD footage, and being the first one to publish it, you can get a ridiculous number of views; sometimes it is all about timing. Otherwise, just take the video and edit it afterwards, and if you have a routine when your videos come out, you can become extremely popular. The best thing about this is that you are earning fame doing and watching something you like and sharing your thoughts or jokes.

If you opt for streaming video games, you need to be really good at them so that gamers can pick up a couple of tricks from you or see walkthroughs in case they are stuck. Once again, the sooner you upload the video the better. So make an effort for this with a new game.

Once your channel is popular, you can start earning money, and watch as other people adore you or are envious of you. Do not get discouraged if you encounter haters and spammers in your attempts to make a popular YouTube profile, those people are only jealous for not being able to do the same thing, thus they try to direct their aggression towards someone else.
