But, while being in Barcelona, one can explore beyond! There is a possibility of reaching the very top of the mountain by train. All in all, it is a great opportunity to see what else Spain has to offer to its visitors. Also, it is important to mention that the Montserrat Mountain is said to be the Spain’s first National Park. Mountain-climbing lovers, while in Barcelona, take this option in consideration!

Whether your plan is just to visit it and grab a cup of coffee on the beach, or to stay there for a couple of days, it is a very attractive place. It is situated on the north end of the Costa Dorada, which is just south of Barcelona. It offers a variety of attractions, depending on the way one wishes to spend his/her holiday. You can spend some quiet time on beautiful beaches with your family and enjoy a perfect getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle.
